4A Development Corporation
The 4A Corporation meets once each month as needed, typically on Thursday evenings at 7:00.The primary role of the 4A Development Corporation is the promotion and development of new or expanded business enterprises within the Town.
4B Development Corporation
The 4B Corporation meets once each month as needed, typically on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. The role of the Sunnyvale 4B Development Corporation is to help develop and diversify the economic, recreational, educational and cultural aspects of Town.
Board of Adjustments
The Board of Adjustment meets regularly on the first Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. The Board of Adjustment is a quasi-judicial board whose purpose is to conduct hearings and take action regarding variance requests.

Home Rule Charter Commission
The Library Board meets regularly on the second Tuesday of each month. The Library Board serves in an advisory capacity to the Town Council by making recommendations pertaining to all matters of the library.
Planning & Zoning Commission
The Planning and Zoning Commission meets regularly every third Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m., as well as for specially called meetings and joint workshops with the Town Council and other boards and commissions.
Police Services Study Focus Group
An ad-hoc committee to provide citizen input to the consultants conducting the Police Services evaluation.
The Sunnyvale Town Council holds regular public meetings at 7:00 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at Town Hall. The Council may also call special meetings. All meetings are posted in accordance with the Open Meetings Act.
